By accessing and using PDFEditor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download and use the materials and tools on PDFEditor for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose;
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on PDFEditor;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

3. User Documents

We claim no ownership rights over the documents you upload. Your documents are processed securely and are automatically deleted from our servers shortly after processing is complete. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

4. Limitations

In no event shall PDFEditor or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service.
